Host your celebration, meeting, or performance at the historic Gorton Community Center. The Gorton Community Center has nine unique individual spaces of various sizes and designs to accommodate your special event.
The Stuart Community Room is beautifully appointed with soaring trayed ceilings, marble surround fireplace, gracious drapes, and hardwood floors. A large foyer that offerrs entrance to the Stuart Room, Nagel Family Room, and kitchen for event catering. It is the perfect location for lectures, meetings, weddings, parties, and more.
Featuring garden level windows, the Grotto is an atmospheric space with natural brick and stone walls from the original Gorton School. The space is adjacent to a large open hall that leads to the Grotto Annex and Card Room and is close to a lower-level kitchen.

The Kenilworth Assembly Hall is an historic treasure located in

the heart of Chicago's North Shore. This recently renovated landmark is a premier site for wedding day celebrations.

The Assembly Halls unique wedding venue atmosphere is friendly

rather than grand and intimate rather than imposing.

With its vaulted ceiling and distinctive art glass windows,  the Kenilworth Assembly Hall looks like the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, but this architectural gem was designed in 1906 by a Wright

contemporary, George W. Maher. The building has long

been regarded as a masterpiece. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the club stands as the prominent centerpiece of

Kenilworth. Large windows, gorgeous chandeliers and Exquisitely landscaped grounds dark wood accents make a provide the perfect location for perfectly elegant space to a romantic outdoor wedding
