If you’ve been following our venue deep dives, you know we have a soft spot for spaces that commit to a vibe. Not “kind of industrial,” not “a touch modern”… I mean full-on this venue knows exactly who it is.
Enter: 1100 EventZ.
This Schaumburg space is rocking a 90x50 column-free layout, which in event terms translates to:
👉 no awkward poles ruining your sweetheart table photos
👉 no guests playing musical chairs around structural obstacles
👉 pure, glorious layout freedom
And let’s talk aesthetics for a second.
You’ve got:
Exposed brick that says “urban chic” without trying too hard
Soaring ceilings with those halo-style light fixtures (very “main character energy”)
Natural light during the day, dramatic LED vibes at night
It’s basically the venue equivalent of someone who can pull off both a power suit and sneakers.

🎉 Why This Space Works (Like, Really Works)
What stood out to me, and I’ve written about this before in my “Stop Booking Pretty Venues That Don’t Function” rant, is how functional this place is:
Seats up to 300 guests (big wedding energy, gala-ready)
Elevated DJ booth + projection wall (aka: entrances will be remembered)
Private breakout space (corporate planners, I see you smiling)
On-site elevator + ample parking (the underrated heroes of event planning)
And my personal favorite detail? It sits above X-Golf Schaumburg.
Which means your event can go from elegant cocktail hour to “why is my CFO suddenly competitive about golf?” in about 10 minutes flat.

🍽️ From a Catering Perspective (because you KNOW I care)
This is where Eleganté Cuisine quietly flexes.
That open layout + catering-ready setup? It’s a dream. No cramped service corridors, no awkward timing delays. Just smooth execution—which, if you’ve ever planned an event, you know is basically the difference between “magical evening” and “why is dinner 40 minutes late?”

🥂 Final Take
1100 EventZ is one of those venues that doesn’t need over-decorating to impress, but absolutely rewards you if you go all out.
It’s bold, flexible, and just a little bit unexpected, which, frankly, is exactly what great events should be.
